Ludley Howard

Ludley Howard, LCSW-C, LICSW, received his Master of Social Work Degree from Smith College School for Social Work in Northampton, Massachusetts. Mr. Howard is a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has 25 years of expertise and experience in working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings, including residential and community-based programs. Mr. Howard's vision of creating effective, culturally competent services for young people led to the founding of Pride Youth Services, Inc. 2001.
